The Only Downtown Business Association participated in a farewell party for a local florist who has been a part of the Rutherford County Square for the past 31-years. Those who have gotten to know Henry Phillips over the years, the owner of Henry’s Florist, got together on Tuesday afternoon at the Carriage Lane Reception House to wish him good luck in his retirement - - and yes, flowers were used as decoration throughout the event.
