Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Buddy Hill. We were told that Buddy recently helped a neighbor in a major way. Buddy saw that a neighbor was having problems with a fence building project, so he jumped in and helped the entire day. Buddy will be receiving flowers today, compliments of WGNS and Rion Flower and Gifts.
