A robbery suspect was arrested after police found the man passed out in a yard. Evidently, the robber is accused of robbing the Walgreens Pharmacy on West Northfield Boulevard in Murfreesboro. Timothy Dan Meeks was, according to an arrest report, passed out in a yard just down the street from the pharmacy. The 30-year old man was charged with aggravated robbery and booked into the local jail. Meeks will have to appear in court on November the 14th.
