UW & Greenhouse Ministries Need Volunteer Tax Preparers

If you're interested in helping people here in Rutherford County with volunteer income tax assistance, the United Way could use your help. They're partnering with Greenhouse Ministries to provide these vita sites to families making less than 50-thousand dollars a year. Volunteers are needed to make these sites a success. No previous tax preparation experience is required, but preferred. Volunteers should be available a minimum of 15-hours during tax season. Greenhouse Ministries will be holding two informational sessions on November 7th and November 9th at 6:30pm. Volunteer training will be conducted on December 5th and 7th from 5-to-9pm.
