A Vehicle wrecked and flipped over on I-24 Wednesday morning. The wreck involving three cars occurred around 6-AM. The accident happened at the 64-mile marker in the west bound lane of the interstate. The LaVergne Police Department and the Highway Patrol worked the accident. One person received non life threatning injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
While police were working the three car accident, a four car wreck occured near the Sam Ridley Parkway interchange. In the second accident, a Honda Prelude wedged itself under a truck. No word on the extent of the injuries involved in the accident.
