MTSU Police: "Man With Gun Seen Near Campus Pub"

Middle Tennessee State University Police have issued an alert that a man with a gun was seen near the Campus Pub. The suspected reportedly was wearing a black jacket with orange stripe. Around 6:30 Thursday night (11/10/2011), university police sent a Twitter message to students, and encouraged them to "leave the area immediately and shelter in place". Campus Pub is located at 903 Gunnerson Avenue, just off Greenland Drive. If you see anything suspicious, notify MTSU Police immediately by calling 615-898-2424.
