The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce' record 100th ribbon cutting for 2011 took place at 4:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon (11/9/2011) at Sweet CeCe's in Smyrna. The popular yogurt franchises' new location is at 319 Sam Ridley Parkway in Smyrna, Tennessee.
