Murfreesboro Police have made an arrest in the robbery that occurred at Walgreens on Cason Lane at Old Fort Parkway this past week. 21-Year old Jonathan Riding has been accused of passing the pharmacist a note that read, “Give me what I need, I have a gun.” The note then asked for specific drugs like morphine and oxycodone. Riding, who lives in an weekly hotel on John Rice Boulevard, was charged with Robbery, theft over a thousand dollars and possession of drugs. The suspect allegedly admitted to police that he robbed the pharmacy. Riding is scheduled to appear in court on December 7th. He is being held under a $24,000 bond.
