Warrants have been obtained for a 26-year old man accused of exposing himself to teenage girls. Charles A. Springer was arrested on Old Lascassas Pike in Murfreesboro after he allegedly exposed himself to a teenager waiting on an Oakland High School bus. The teen told police that this was the second time that Springer allegedly exposed himself to her. The victim stated that in the past the man drove by them in a car and after circling back around, it was revealed that he was driving in the nude. Springer told police that he gets a high when he exposes himself to females and enjoys seeing their reaction. In a police incident report filed on Monday, Springer told officers that he is currently seeking help for his problem.
