Rutherford County Adult Detention Center's Deputy Chief Bernard Salandy and Assistant Director Captain Chris Fly discuss some of the work that has been done over the past year. The facility is again credited, plus moral is improving and inmates are giving input along with being trained to become successful members of society once released.
