The state of Tennessee is talking cuts again. This time, the state may take a bite out of TennCare. The state is talking about shedding some $343-million dollars. That means that benefits for 1.2-million people could be affected. The state is asking every department to shave their budget by 5% or more. The actual cuts could come as early as next year.
