A pharmacy tech has been charged with six counts of "Possession of a Schedule II Drug."
The 21 year old woman was arrested shortly after police pulled her over for a tag violation and disobeying a traffic signal on Middle TN Blvd.
During the stop, Elizabeth Rhodes allegedly gave police verbal consent to search her car. In the vehicle and Rhodes purse, police found the following:
• 1 Morphine
• 1 Adderall
• 2 Hydromorphone
• 3 Oxycotntin
• 1 Hydrocodone Bitartrete
• 3 Oxycodone
• 21 Alprazolam
• 3 Valium
• 1 Lorazepam
• 17 Tramadol
• 17 Clonazepam
• 2.5 grams of Marijuana
After Rhodes was read her rights, a police report shows that she told police that she does sell, trade and sometimes delivers narcotics / pills.
After she gave police permission to search her cell phone, it was found that she had several text messages scheduling possible drug transactions.
Rhodes was also charged with five counts of "Possession of a Schedule IV Drug" and "Possession of Drug Paraphernalia."
