The driver’s license testing center in Murfreesboro will continue to be open on the first Saturday of each month through March. The testing center is extending their days of operation in order to help voters who do not have a picture ID card or driver’s license. New voting laws in Tennessee require voters to have a photo ID when they go to cast their ballot. So far, the state has issued over 6,500 photo ID’s to persons for their right to vote.
