Quindarius Jordan, 19, was arrested today by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force hiding under the kitchen sink of a Bell Road apartment. Jordan is under indictment for attempted murder. A clerical mistake resulted in his release from jail on June 15th.

Jordan is accused of shooting a 62-year-old woman on Litton Avenue last October. He was mistakenly released after a clerical error that mistakenly reflected his bond as being $5,000 instead of the $150,000 amount set by a Criminal Court judge.

Jordan is facing a multi-count indictment charging him with attempted first-degree murder, felony reckless endangerment, unlawful gun possession and aggravated assault. He is alleged to have been shooting at someone else last October 6th when his gunfire struck Marilyn Jenkins in the hip as she was sitting outside 1103 Litton Avenue. He is also charged with shooting an 18-year-old acquaintance behind Litton's Corner Market on Gallatin Pike last August 25th.
