Murfreesboro used to be a place with several catfish restaurants. While that's not necessarily the case any longer, a mid-state favorite is locating here.
Uncle Bud's Catfish, Chicken and Such is putting the finishing touches on their new Murfreesboro location, which is expected to open in early September. It will be located where the old Santa Fe Steakhouse was located on Old Fort Parkway.
For those who don't remember where that was, it's in front of Home Depot and across from PetSmart and located at 1824 Old Fort Parkway.
