8 Grams of meth, 16 grams of marijuana, hypodermic needles, a metal pipe and a digital scale with what looked to be meth residue on it were all seized by police as evidence during a recent arrest.
Authorities went to the Select Inn on South Church Street in Murfreesboro where they located a Missouri man sitting in his vehicle. A police report noted that a smell of marijuana was in the area of the 4 door sedan, which gave police probable cause to search the car.
37-Year-old Robert Jason Null told police when questioned, "There was marijuana in the center console."
During the search, officers found meth, weed and drug paraphernalia.
The arresting officer wrote in a report, "Due to the large amount of meth and marijuana, "Mr. Null was placed under arrest for manufacturing / delivering or selling a schedule II drug (Meth)." He was also charged for drug paraphernalia possession.
