A child who was only three years old when she was allegedly sexually abused by her male babysitter in 2009, has come forward with the allegations.

The child's mother told police that her daughter admitted to being abused by her sitter during a counseling session. Evidently, the suspect was also a juvenile at the time, however he was charged by the courts ad an adult.

During the 2009 sexual assault, a police arrest report outlines where the young child reportedly told the babysitter "No."

Detective Michael Yates investigated the case, which led to 22 year old Michael B. Wooten being charged with Aggravated Rape of a Child and Aggravated Sexual Battery of a child.

After the case was transferred to the adult courts, Wooten plead guilty to Felony Aggravated Sexual Battery. The former babysitter will be under community supervision for life and will have to register as a sex offender. He was also sentenced to 8 years behind bars in the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
