Trustpoint Hospital in Murfreesboro is growing but they've created a culture that isn't typical. The investment made into each patient by the staff members is deep and that investment goes beyond the patient to the family when a loved one is suffering from dementia or Alzheimers.
I recently sat down with Dana Vernon who shared that since she started working at Trustpoint where she pointed out that their top priority is to deliver each patient they work with to a better position when they leave their care. She said that goal is the same for each department and when you listen to Dana or any number of the Trustpoint employees talk, there is little doubt that what they do is so much more than a job.
