Pet Adoption & Welfare Services (PAWS) is partnering with local 'walk-in only' vet clinic, easyvetclinic, to provide good "tricks" and "treats" this Halloween season. Thanks to a sponsorship from easyvetclinic, those looking for a furry companion can adopt at no cost October 26-28.

"PAWS is excited to find forever homes for numerous pets during such a fun, exciting time of the year," says Lindsay Frierson, PAWS Public Relations & Media Specialist. "PAWS has amazing pets right now, including dogs and cats of all types, and even a few adorable bunnies!"

PAWS has recently shared "boo-tiful" photos of the shelter pets in their best costumes and attire to get the community in the "Howl-o-ween" spirit, in hopes of finding as many homes for the shelter pets as possible.

Those who adopt from PAWS receive a free bag of pet food (while supplies last), an adoption packet to get them started with their new furry friend, plus all available pets are already spayed or neutered and up-to-date on their vaccinations. In addition, easyvetclinic is offering half off a wellness exam, or free exam with purchase of a monthly heartworm or flee/tick preventive, to new adopters!

If you dare, make sure to visit PAWS this weekend to find your next furry companion.
