Free Health Fair and Food Distribution in Shelbyville

Healthy Tennessee, a non-profit organization founded by Vanderbilt Trauma Surgeon Dr. Manny Sethi, is providing a free health fair and food giveaway on Saturday, February 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Shelbyville First Church of the Nazarene in Shelbyville, Tennessee.

Kroger, Tyson and Feed America First are also sponsoring the health fair which will be focused on helping families in Bedford County make healthy choices this year.

Dozens of physicians, nurses, and healthy lifestyle companies will provide free health screenings, educational conversations with doctors, free health-related products, and tools for local residents to lead better, healthier lives.

Dr. Sethi said, "Since founding Healthy Tennessee, our mission has always been to connect health care providers with people from the regions where we hold our health fairs. We believe in giving lots of information, encouragement and inspiration to everyone that comes to one of our health fairs."
