The counterfeit bills are back in the Boro. This time around, Walmart on Old Fort Parkway was hit.
The suspect, who was known by store management, purchased a $12 hatchet with a fake $100 bill. The clerk gave the man his change and the subject hit the road.
A police report was later filed once it was confirmed that the money was counterfeit. Authorities know the identity of the suspect and he could be arrested.
