Elena Jeannell Moore, the infant daughter of Jonathan and Erin Moore, passed away Monday.
Elena is also survived by grandparents, Ron and Debbie Moore and Craig and Bobbie Davidson.
A Celebration of Life will be announced soon by Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
