33-Year old Rashii Brisbon was sentenced in a Rutherford County Courtroom on Monday for the death of a 16-month old toddler left in his care this past November. The death of the young child occurred at an apartment complex on South Church Street in Murfreesboro. Brisbon was sentenced to 20-years in prison for the death of Kymari Clark on an aggravated child abuse charge. The baby was allegedly shaken to death, but Brisbon claims he did not shake the child.
