THE ENGLISH RAIN are a band of professional multi-instrumentalists from Nashville, Tennessee, USA, dedicated to recapturing the lightning from the British Invasion's bottle. From the hits to the deepest cuts, they go to great lengths to make sure the parts, the sounds, and the energy of those original records are faithfully recreated and presented for their live audience.

The members of this formidable musical cadre include: platinum selling producer and Grammy winner Mark Lee Townsend (DC Talk, Reliant K, Kelly Clarkson), platinum selling engineer and Grammy winner JR McNeely (John Elefante [of Kansas], Petra, The Ultimate Queen Celebration with Marc Martel), Grammy-appropriate Kirk Eberhard (Blackhawk, Henry Lee Summer, Sue Medley), Grammy-deserving Calvin Bottoms (Nicole C. Mullen, Steve Green, Bash) and Grammy-watching Chris Cooke (Kimber, Sodium Glow Music, Jay Sekulow Band). Their combined pedigrees uniquely enable them to capture not only the the classic sound, but also the inspired excitement of the original Beatles recordings, and to seamlessly transport the listener back to the evolving glory days of the Fab Four.

THE ENGLISH RAIN exists for one purpose: to remind you of the magic of a turntable, a piece of vinyl, and the greatest rock and roll in history.
