(MURFREESBORO) The family of homicide victim Terrell Ray held an emotional candlelight vigil at 5:00 o'clock Sunday (9/15/2019) evening at Oakland Park. Emotional pleas were made for the killer to come forward.
As you recall, 30-year old Terrell Edward Ray of Antioch was shot around 3:12 early Friday (8/2/2019) morning at the Villager Condominiums, 2850 Middle Tennessee Boulevard.
The shooter stole the victim's car, but detectives later recovered the vehicle, and the killer is still on the run.
Public Information Officer Larry Flowers told NewsRadio WGNS that Police were notified by a neighbor who heard multiple gun shots and saw the man lying in the parking lot.
Ray was transported by Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services to Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
