The Blackman High School Collegiate Academy will hold their 5th Annual Capstone Symposium. This presentation showcases their senior scholars culminating Capstone research and project.
A capstone involves a final research paper exploring a topic of interest, emerging from a student's individualized program of study.
Blackman High reports, "Students who complete the Academy requirements will be set up with the possibility of graduating with an honors diploma, graduation with distinction, Valedictorian status and will be able to distinguish themselves apart."
The special ceremony will be held this Thursday (Dec. 12, 2019).
