A 44 year old semi-truck driver from Missouri had an unexpected load shift while at the 89 exit / Epps Mill Road in Rutherford County. Evidently, the big rig overturned in the mishap, which caused a backup in traffic on Wednesday morning (12/11/19).
Reports from the Highway Patrol show that the truck was hauling PolySol Liquid Plastic.
While no injuries were reported, there was a slight fuel leak that had to be cleared in addition to up-righting the tractor trailer truck.
No charges were filed in the I-24 accident.
