Murfreesboro Police Officer Chris Waters was named the TN Hwy Safety Office "Officer of the Year" and Officer Terry Spence received the "Beyond the Traffic Stop" Award. They were among dozens of officers, deputies & troopers who received awards at Tennessee Highway Safety Office Awards Luncheon in Bell Buckle this past Wednesday for helping to keep Middle Tennessee roads safer.
