52 Year old Virgil Ray Hines has been arrested on his 5th DUI charge. The arrest took place this past September in Rutherford County. Hines was also charged with driving with a revoked license. A plea date has been scheduled for this upcoming March.
Also arrested and charged with his 5th DUI was Adam Lange. The subject was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with evidence.
