Early voting for the 2020 year will soon be underway beginning on February 3, 2020. Election Day is set for March 3, 2020. If you are not registered, this Monday (2/3/2020) is the last day to register so you can vote.

This year, the "Presidential Preference Primary" will take place along with the Rutherford County Primary elections.

Outside of the presidential nominees, the local offices involved in this election cycle include the Rutherford County Highway Superintendent, Property Assessor, Circuit Court Judge Part V and the District 10 County Commission seat.

In the city limits of Murfreesboro, residents can also vote on the School Board, Road Board and the previously stated County Independent Candidates on February 3rd.

Voting Locations Easier:

You can NOW Vote at any of the local precinct locations on Election Day. The Rutherford County Election Commission previously established a voting process to make voting easier and closer to your work or home, despite your previous polling location. Now, you can pick one of any 28 voting sites. You are no longer assigned a mandated polling location. There is no change for early voting, only election day polling sites.
