The SILVER ALERT for 82-year old Roy Ellis Alexander has been cancelled. He was last seen around 8:00 o'clock Monday night when he went to KFC on the Old Fort Parkway. It has been learned that he was hospitalized after an auto crash in Humphreys County. That's over 100 miles away.
Roy was driving a maroon colored 2017 Toyota Highlander SUV when the crash occurred on highway 70 near Blacktop Road. That's a stretch of highway between McEwen and Waverly, Tennessee.
He was hospitalized with minor injuries.
