Businesses on the downtown Murfreesboro Square are preparing for today's rally or vigil. The vigil is in honor of George Floyd, the man who died during a police traffic stop in Minneapolis this past week.
Local shops are boarding windows and Murfreesboro Police are setting up fencing and gates to keep crowds in certain areas. The vigil will be on the local square this Sunday afternoon between 3 and 6PM.
