A proposed law that would allow persons 21 and older to ride a motorcycle in Tennessee without a helmet (House Bill 2661) will be discussed by lawmakers on Tuesday. The House bill and the companion bill in the Senate (SB 2541) were before the Transportation Subcommittee last week where it was deferred until Tuesday.
