More news on COVID-19 in Rutherford County... Now, 21 inmates being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center along with 3 employees have tested positive for the coronavirus.
The employees who tested positive are being quarantined until they recover. The workers will remain home.
Inmates with COVID-19 are being held away from other inmates in a separate area during their recovery.
All of the inmates that tested positive in the jail are male, no females have tested positive.
