Falling for a scam is an uneasy feeling. One Murfreesboro woman knows firsthand how it feels to loose big. The victim in this case paid over $1,000 to a fictitious bank in order to receive what was labeled as a U.S. Federal Grant. The so called government grant for $7,000 never came through and the victim is now out her hard earned cash. A police report dated April 3rd shows the victim wired the money that was supposedly for fees via a Western Union account. To date, police have few leads in the case.
