Parents can entertain and educate their children by attending the Chuck E. Cheese’s non-profit fund-raising event from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 10 at Stones River Mall.
Children can receive 10 free tokens with any food purchase during the event with 15 percent of all proceeds donated to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office’s 9-11 Memorial, said Deputy Greg Dotson.
By supporting the event, children will be entertained while playing games at Chuck E. Cheese’s. Parents can pick up a flyer for the free tokens at the restaurant.
“I still feel school children will be educated when they come to the 9-11 Memorial to see a part of our history,” Dotson said.
Chuck E. Cheese will continue the fund-raising event the first Tuesday of each month through September.
