On Tuesday, students at Northfield Elementary School opened a time capsule from 1989. Inside the capsule students found a cassette tape of Bobby McFerrin, “Don’t Worry, Be Happy.” They also found magazine cut-outs of popular clothing in the late 80’s and a cut out of a Chrysler Lebaron convertible, a popular car in 1989.
