A 31-year old Smyrna woman has been accused of selling prescription medication that she acquired through TennCare. Cheyenne Felts is charged with three counts of TennCare fraud and three counts of sale of a controlled substance.
The local woman apparently used her TennCare benefits to obtain a prescription pain killer that she allegedly planned to sell on the streets. If found guilty, she faces up to two years in prison for TennCare fraud.
