There is a new leader for the Spectrum program at Rutherford County Schools. Spectrum is a program for gifted school students in the county. Susan Lewis will replace Carol Berning who retired at the end of this past school year. Prior to being named the supervisor of the program, Lewis was a Spectrum teacher at Blackman Middle School. She first started teaching in 1987 for the Rutherford County Schools.
