The Murfreesboro City Council will review ordinances and laws dealing with panhandling tonight at the City Council meeting. As you may have noticed, there has been an increase in the number of persons begging for money on street corners in the area. The increase has not gone unnoticed by Council members. The meeting will begin at 7 Thursday night in the Murfreesboro City Hall, City Council chambers.
