The suspect in the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro bomb threat has turned himself in to U.S. Marshals. 24-Year old Javier Alan Correa allegedly called in the bomb threat last year just before the September 11th anniversary.
Correa was indicted last month after being accused of calling in the threat. He was charged with one count of intentionally obstructing the free exercise of religion by threat of force and one count of using an instrument of interstate commerce to threaten to destroy a building by means of an explosive device.
If convicted, Correa could spend the next 20-years behind bars.
