Murfreesboro Police found a large quantity of prescription drugs in an apartment during a recent arrest. Prescription painkillers like Lortab, Ocycodone and Morphine were allegedly being traded for guns. The incident occurred at an apartment on Hanover Street.

Officers arrested the resident of the apartment, Tony McPeake. When he reportedly confessed to trading prescription drugs for guns, he allegedly said, “I just like guns.”

If police are able to track down where the guns came from, more arrests are possible.
