Police arrested a 40-year old man at the Dodge’s Store gas station who was said to be intoxicated after he attempted to fill his vehicle with fuel. Officers say they observed David B. Bell move his car from a parking space to a gas pump where he was seen to be unsteady on his feet. Police went to question Bell and it was revealed that he had been arrested on three previous occasions with DUI. Officers charged him for a fourth time with DUI on November 3rd. He will appear in court in January.
