Justice has been served for the murder of a Rutherford County woman who was killed in 2010. 57-Year old Maximilian Ocon of LaVergne has pleaded guilty to a second degree murder charge in a Rutherford County courtroom on Wednesday.
Ocon is accused of beating his girlfriend with a hammer and then strangling her to death in her Lake Forest subdivision home. Killed was Rafela Ortiz. Ocon has been sentenced to spend the next 25-years behind bars.
