A 23-year old East Castle Street man has been arrested and charged with one count of the rape of a child under the age of 13-years old. Bret Freeman was booked on Thursday under a $175-thousand bond. He has yet to be released.
Reports indicate that Freeman was also charged with one count of sexual battery of a child under the age of 13.
