Police are investigating a rape that was reported on Sunday. The 51-year old victim told police he met with an unknown subject in Old Fort Park. The two men then went to the victim’s apartment where the acquaintance snorted what appeared to be illegal drugs. It was at the apartment on South Rutherford Boulevard where the sexual in nature crime was reported.
At this point, an arrest has not been made.
