Riverdale High closed due to storm / power outage

Riverdale High School is closed today because the power is out. Electric officials said it would take up to seven hours to replace the power pole that is keeping the electricity from being turned on at the school. All students and staff were notified of the closure when a notification was sent out on the Rutherford County school messenger system.
