A quiet neighborhood in the Mitchell Neilson Schools area may be the scene of a potential crime. A 47 year old woman called the police when she says a man asked to come inside for a drink of water and in the process allegedly pinned her to the wall.

In the report dated April 12th, the victim told officers, “A wood cutting service arrived at her residence named ‘Asplundh’ to provide services.” The woman said a worker named Chris asked to come inside for a drink of water. The reported victim told police, “During her retrieving Chris something to drink, Chris pinned (the victim).” The officer wrote that the woman went on to say, “Chris then grabbed her wrist demanding that she perform a sexual act on him.” When the victim refused, the man left the home.

Police do have a suspect named in this case along with his age. It is not known if the woman knew the subject, but an arrest has not been made at this point. What is known is that the woman apparently waited two days before calling the police. The offense was labeled as a “simple assault” and “unwanted sexual content.”
