Follow Up, Silver Alert Issued by Murfreesboro Police Cancelled

Following up on a story you heard about earlier Thursday morning on WGNS... A Murfreesboro man who has dementia was reported as missing by police, but has since been located. The police department issued a "Silver Alert" for the man after his wife became concerned that he never made it to his destination.

Reports indicate 79-year old Huey Mingledorf left his home on Waywood Drive at 8:45, Thursday morning to make a trip to the bank. A number of hours later, Mr. Mingledorf returned back home. Police were notified of his return and the silver alert was cancelled.

Last seen wearing plaid long sleeve shirt camo hat brown jacket blue jeans.

Confirmed dementia and other health issues.

Left driving dark gray Toyota Corolla TN tag 890MQM.

Left around 8:45 2767 Waywood Dr. enroute to Ascend Bank on Fortress and never made it to the bank.
