It was right at supper time when police got a call from someone at Taco Bell on Cason Lane in regards to an individual allegedly using drugs in the restroom on Tuesday night. Police went to the family eatery where they made contact with the caller who advised that someone was possibly “shooting up” inside the restroom, according to the arrest report.

Management at the restaurant asked the subject to leave. After talking to the man through a restroom stall he was said to have exited the stall nude while touching himself. The culprit left the restaurant and walked to nearby Captain D’s where Murfreesboro Police met up with the man in the Captain D’s restroom. Officers identified the suspect as Thomas L. Hill. When Hill exited the bathroom at Captain D’s he was holding a can of aerosol dust cleaner.

Officers charged the 33-year old man with Public Intoxication, Inhalants, and Resisting Arrest after a brief confrontation.
